What will the first session or appointment be?

To get treatment at The Psycare:
  1. First Appointment: Schedule an intake interview (1.5 hours).
  2. Evaluation: Assessment to form a diagnosis and treatment plan.
  3. Ongoing Sessions: Regular therapy based on the plan.
  4. Follow-up: Track progress and adjust as needed.

How long the therapy will last?

Depending on the problem, some people see satisfactory change in 6–10 therapy sessions on a weekly basis; others take substantially longer. However, once the client chooses to attend therapy, he or she must be committed to the process, as therapy is about changing the individual for the better.
